🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another once it has been shipped, including a tracking number (if applicable).
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Pakistan.
International shipping may be offered upon request (please contact us before placing an international order).
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Location Estimated Delivery Time Within Pakistan: 3 – 7 business days. International 7 – 21 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional accessibility.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on special promotions or bulk orders.
5. Delivery Delays
Harf-e-Noor is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return (Physical Products Only)
You may return or request an exchange for physical products within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You received the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
The product is incomplete or not as described.

2. Conditions for Return
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All accessories, tags, or inserts must be intact.
The product must not be written on, traced on, or damaged by the user.
3. Return Process
Once we receive your return request and approve it, we will provide you with the return address.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or refund, as applicable.
4. Who Pays Return Shipping?
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

1. Non-Refundable
All digital product sales (PDFs, eBooks, tracing sheets, etc.) are final.
Due to the downloadable nature of the products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any digital files.
2. Download Issues
If you experience problems with downloading or accessing your digital files, please contact us immediately at Info@harfenoor.com, and we will assist you.
