🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another once it has been shipped, including a tracking number (if applicable).

2. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Pakistan.

  • International shipping may be offered upon request (please contact us before placing an international order).

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Location Estimated Delivery Time Within Pakistan: 3 – 7 business days. International 7 – 21 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on special promotions or bulk orders.

5. Delivery Delays
  • Harf-e-Noor is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return (Physical Products Only)

You may return or request an exchange for physical products within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is incomplete or not as described.

📩 To initiate a return, please email us at Info@harfenoor.com with your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.

2. Conditions for Return
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, tags, or inserts must be intact.

  • The product must not be written on, traced on, or damaged by the user.

3. Return Process
  • Once we receive your return request and approve it, we will provide you with the return address.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Who Pays Return Shipping?
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

1. Non-Refundable
  • All digital product sales (PDFs, eBooks, tracing sheets, etc.) are final.

  • Due to the downloadable nature of the products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any digital files.

2. Download Issues
  • If you experience problems with downloading or accessing your digital files, please contact us immediately at Info@harfenoor.com, and we will assist you.
